Gabriel Kokuashvili

Chairman of the Board of Directors

An international businessman who leads and develops businesses in a wide range of fields around the world, with decades of experience in financial affairs and financing. Mr.Kokuashvili has extensive experience in providing credit to businesses around the world and in their business development. He is a member of the Finbert Investment Committee.

Ilan Wolhandler

Deputy CEO

An insurance expert in Israel, served in senior positions in financial institutions, including as CEO of Alumot Investment House, CEO of Or Halapid Insurance Agency, Deputy CEO of Yashir Investment House, and VP Sales at American Express. He is licensed for pension marketing, investment marketing, and as an elementary insurance agent. He has an MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Economics. In addition, he has a wealth of experience as a lecturer on insurance, pensions, long-term savings, the capital market, and the economy of Israel, in both academic and financial institutions.

Shahar Zehavi

Personal Assistant to the Deputy CEO

She is studying Criminology. In the past, she served with the Israel Police as an investigator. She currently serves as personal assistant to the company’s Deputy CEO and is in charge of purchasing.

Avi schonbrun

Israel regional manager

Holds an MA in Business Economics with a specialization in Finance and banking & a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Bar Ilan.

An expert in the field of finance and banking in Israel and in the Israeli and international capital markets with an emphasis on the Anti-Money Laundering Law and cross-border risks. Has a rich background in real estate.

Served in management positions at Union Bank for the past decade.

Bat El Edri

CFO

Has a BA in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies. She is a licensed CPA. Worked at the Shtainmetz Aminoach & Co. CPA firm, where she acquired extensive experience in auditing financial statements of large entities. She is currently responsible for our organization’s financial management.

Avi Weinstein

Marketing and New Media Manager

Has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bar-Ilan University. He completed a Master’s course in Digital Marketing, with honors, from HackerU College. Has more than 10 years’ experience in managing culture and tourism marketing and sales. v

Moran Shtainberg

Analyst

Has a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Economics from the College of Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Has experience of two decades in financial risk management: market risks andcredit risks. Served as head of the Economic Department of the “Ofakim Group”. In that position, he provided advice to the leading companies in Israel and developed complex financial models.

Eran Lomph

Operations Manager

Has a BA in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA in Business Administration, specializing in Financing. Has experience in operations in large financial entities. Among other things, he served as head of the Collection Department at Psagot, and his last position was the head of the Transitions Department at Altshuler Shaham.

Yafit Mor

Client Relations Department Manager

Graduated from Ramat Gan College, previously studied business management. She has over 8 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer relations staff management.

Gadi Rol

Customer Service Manager

Licensed for pensions by the Ministry of Finance. Gadi has seniority of more than 12 years in insurance and finances. He has a unique specialization – financial and pension planning in conjunction with tax benefits and diversification of investment portfolios for salaried employees, self-employed, and controlling shareholders.

Adi Ronen

Investor Relations Manager - Funds

Adi has some 3 years’ seniority in pensions and finances, and specializes in managing relations with clients and financial entities.

Customer Service Representative

Law student.
In the past, served as a patrol officer in the Israel Police.
She is currently a customer service representative in our company.

Advocate Alina Shulman

Client Relations Manager

Has a bachelor’s degree in Law. Licensed as an advocate by the Israel Bar Association. Has more than three years’ experience as operations facilitator in provident funds and pensions.

Natalia Denise Lechner

Operations Facilitator

Has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires. Natalia serves as an operations facilitator.

Salem Abasi

Operations Coordinator

Has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management, specializing in Finances. Salem has 10 years’ experience in insurance, finances and banking. Licensed for pensions by the Ministry of Finance.
